During onboarding, customers provide explicit consent to receive SMS communications by texting the phrase "I Consent" to (203) 717-5832. By sending this message, you agree to receive text messages from Relentax at the phone number used to send the message. Upon opt-in, customers will receive both an SMS and email confirmation acknowledging their enrollment.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of Relentax services.

Message frequency varies based on account activity and support needs. You may receive messages whenever there is an update related to your account, a support request, or a service notification.
